I was using one number in my family plan which i lost.
I don’t wanted to use that number anymore so i removed that number from my family plan.
Airtel asked me to pay bill till date then they can remove from family plan and I paid it instantly.
Now the number is not in family plan so i called and requested to permanently deactivate that number however now they are saying it will take 7 working days to deactivate and i need to pay for 7 working days.
I don’t wanted to pay any further bills so i cleared bill till date still i am asked to pay 7 days extra without any usage of that number.
