I gave my car for dent and paint at 7th gear sanath nagar, Hyderabad GoMechanic.
Car stopped working after dent and paint.
First denial of service as no mechanic has idea on Chevy spark LPG model
They kept car at their workshop without repairing for 1 month.
Assigned service buddy is good for nothing. I complained to customer care, who note down issue and escalate. Escalation team does not take any action nor they check facts, except for mediating messages from service buddy.
I approved replacement of fuel injectors as per service buddy (he suspected that might be the problem). service buddy just takes you for a ride for complaining against him.
Finally after repair they levy all kinds of labor, petrol and other non-approved parts. Even items in quote sent by service buddy and invoice in bill do not match.
Original battery has been replaced with different model battery.
Half tank petrol is gone for cleaning.
Workshop member say don’t talk to us, talk to service buddy.
Service buddy says talk to customer care, as you are expert in complaining.
Customer care says you have no choice pay and take car.
No proof that fuel injectors or fuel injector pipe was replaced, no proof of front door painting, battery gone half tank petrol gone.
