I was using Airtel broadband no 01141024715 and asked for disconnection after paying all the outstanding amount .After disconnection Airtel have wrongly retained me back.and generated a new bill for next month cycle .and now they are not even ready to resolve the issue and I m getting continuous messages from Airtel.
