I’m using airtel DTh for the past 2yeasr, in the end of april my one year subscription plan came to an end so I have contacted the customer care via twitter and recharged for 3300, which is one year subscription plan of TN HD pack, and asked them to activate two music channel and star sports HD as an addon pack this information I have conveyed them through twitter. Then in the 1st week of June I contacted them and raised a complaint that some of the channel has deactivated automatically, but there is no proper response from them. then 2 weeks back non of the channel was telecasted from their side so I have contacted them again, at that time they informed me that your entire balance has been vanished due to some broadcast channel but I was not activated from my side, then I requested them to cancel it and provide my the service for what I have paid actually, but they are not. they are insisting that the channel was activated from my side with some number starting with 777 but its not mine. Now they offer me something as i made some mistake, kindly take necessary action and solve this issue ASAP.
