Text of Complaint by Yaman Deep Garg:

Dear Sir/Ma’am

I was Using A airtel postpaid No. 7042588812 in my Data Card from  time being but due to false billing & fake charges, i submit a request at airtel store ,nehru Ground Faridabad haryana  managed by Ms. Priyanka Gunani . Then i received a call from customer care &i told to them that kindly end my services but they didnt do so & provide me some discount but i was not interested so again i went to same store & gave them same request to end my no. & again i received a call from customer care & they gave me offer to convert my postpaid no. to prepaid service . They asked me to pay the balance payment & to collect new prepaid sim from the store .

So i paid the balance amount , it was showing on my airtel application that i have paid the amount & my service had been converted from postpaid to prepaid but after 2 3 month . Again they have converted my no. to postpaid & showing a amount to pay .

I have all the call recording of that customer with the bill payment reciepts , how they can do fraud billing to me.
