My name is Sameer Shekhar. I spoke to seller Vimlaish on mobile no. 9707983106, given by website carandbike.com He pretend to be a soldier and even he spoke to me via video call in his uniform. I believed on him and paid Rs. 4000/- but till now he neither delivered bike nor refunding my money. He is not even answering my calls. His another group member 6371833150 using this no. For airtel payment bank and accepted payment. He is also not responding my calls.
Please Suggest if airtel can help me to get my payment back or may freeze his airtel payment account. I do have all calls recording and chats available.
