I have ordered Redmi note 7 from total shopping cart.com on 13/6/20 at 2999 rs and made payment online via Citibank credit card . My order no. was TSK 6044.The payment is gone via payumoney to the stylestudios.com. Then I came to know about their fraud as they either deliver fake product or they don’t deliver. Then I want to cancel the order the same day but can’t do so their email help@shoppingcart.com was not responding and there was no contact no. given. I also tried contacting payumoney but failed to do so. My money was deducted from my credit card account but I have not received any product .I want to cancel my order and want refund
