1. I got my car serviced with them in may2020 as all Ford authorized service centres were closed due to lockdown. After 4 and a half months and approx 4000 kms car showed oil dilusion light. I connected with them and they clearly denied any assistance. Anything done now is chargeable. Somehow the not so very supportive agent yogesh fixed my car scanning with their 3rd party vendor Car Zone Sector 10, Noida. At first the said that they need time to scan as not able to find the issue. I received a call in the evening of 28th Sep 2020 that due to carbon deposit the engine needs de-carbonization and basic service and all of this will cost approx Rs. 5000/-. Upon approval they started the job however till 30th Sep there was no confirmation of the work done. Finally in the evening of 30th Sep I got hold of Rahul Mehra (bastard), who was my service expert from #gomechanic told that the original problem is not going down and we need further scanning which will cost additional Rs.7000/-. I straight away asked him to return my car. Upon several calls my car was dropped at 7pm and it was in a mess. The original error was not reflection but now the error was ENGINE MALFUNCTION…These swines have made a mess of my car and their services are not all Trustable.
