Text of Complaint by Shyam Narwade:

I had ordered mobile from Flipkart on 15th December, on 16th December I received mobile which is faulty. It’s display doesn’t work. Flipkart sent their technician to confirm the issue and technicians has also confirmed that the mobile delivered by Flipkart is a faulty product and device should be picked up back by Flipkart and amount should be returned to me. Flipkart did approve return and initiated pickup via third party Ecart services . But Flipkart did not inform regarding the faulty display to ecart pickup agent. Hence ecar has rejected the request of pickup..I contacted Flipkart and told the them what has happened and ask them to raise return request with proper details of product and mention that it is faulty product but again Flipkart did not inform ecart people regarding faulty display and the same cycle is going on repeatedly. I don’t know when I will get my refund. From last few times , ecart pick up agent is even rejecting pick up orders even without visiting my place by giving any random reason like ” pickup rescheduled” and “device mismatched” . Please help me to get my refund back.
