I was serching for loan app & i found KOKO loan app, i installed it & i uploaded the documents there to check if i am eligible to get any loan & no information about return of loan amount tenure days, they didnt approved my loan, i was ok because there was no information about tenure days after the day i received 4400 amount in my bank, i was shocked from where the amount come from, so i opened that app & saw the loan amount was approved without my permission i dont even know about loan amount & tenure of days to return without my permission they have sent the amount, now its shoing in app that i need to pay 8000 for 4400 that to only within 6 days . there is no customer care number in the app, there is E mail ID that is also not valid, they already started to threatening me & call me & abusing me. i humbly request you to please take action against this KOKO loan app.
