I am Krunal Suthar
In my jio home page partner and earn with jio Become a jio associate logo is here and I am click this logo and go to play store and download Jio POS Lite app this app. I signed up on this app recently and went on to load money in my wallet 1000/- rupees. Money deducted from my account but it is not visible in my wallet and when i call customer executive on 1988 they said that don’t have any knowledge regarding this app and they don’t even have access this app.
Here I attached screenshot for your reference about my money refundable.
Please help me I lost my 1000/-
