I requested a water purifier service. A service center representative collected the AMC of 20000 and never returned back. AOSMITH seems to have started new AMC fraud or they don’t have any control over their maintenance/service team.

I called the same number 18004201440 for service of my aquagaurd water filter. The service guy replace the filter set, collected the money and disappeared. Next day onwards bad smell in water from filter. Called 18004201440 and they blocked my number. Service guy also blocked my number. I opened the water filter myself and found lot of dead cockroaches inside the filter that the service guy has replaced. He had put a bad filter. This is fraud number. Never get your water filter serviced by these people
The invoice they have issued for service is fake. The GST no in invoice is fake.
I called 1800 420 1440 and after 2 minutes I got a call from this number +91 99645 76474. They come and service my filter but it is not working now, then I called again and they blocked my number
Worst service center and they took 5000 money for repair , not even one day it worked and later they stopped picking the phone
