I ordered an epilator along with three other products from Amazon. However, the delivery person (Aditya, his phone number:- 9311319031) misled me by calling and requesting an OTP, falsely claiming it was for rescheduling the delivery. He then took the parcel using that OTP. Since then, he has repeatedly promised to deliver the products later but has not done so. Now, he is informing me that the products have been returned to Amazon.
Despite multiple requests and complaints to Amazon support, no action has been taken, and I have yet to receive my package. I am very disappointed with both the delivery service and Amazon’s handling of this issue, as I have effectively lost my order without any resolution.
