My name is mini kumari,registered user of justdial.com.
Few days back I was searching packers and movers for house shifting from palwal to palwal(121102).
Justdial shared my number to fraud person ,Mr. Mukul from Hindustan transport.
He called me and said I got your number from justdial(mob number-9696447822)
He asked me about household items and date of shifting.
I mentioned him all items and shifting date was(09 march 2021)
He charged 4000rs for shifting and ask for 1500rs for advance booking.
And said after advance money he will share truck number or driver details to me)
He shared his new Google pay number(7317085407).
I transferred 1500rs to his google pay account.
After that he blocked my number.
I have all proofs of this.
How justdial can do with his users.
Its humble request to refund my hard earned money.
If you cant refund by hard earned money I will legally take strong action against justdial and fraudulent.
