Dear Sir/Madam,
I installed an app AMP Credit online loan app from Play Store on 5-01-2024 just install and give details like pan card adhar Card ,phone number email I’d and bank account number.. i thought its a legal app because it is given in play store. After installation and there process I got some doubts on the application because when I enter on the app , I’ve seen 15 more apps or company in their app so I deleted the app from my phone but after 1 hour I have got messages from my bank that your account is credited 2100rs -2100 rs Twice and got sms that your loan is approved of 3500 -3500 from swift cash with 7days tenure without any legal documents and consent letter… (which i didn’t applied the loan from that apps) … money also transfer from not registered company so i afraid on it and google it about this incident am shocked while see the article about this… on the same day 5-01-2024 they started sending message to me through mobile and whatsapp that is already your due is over and if you not paid by today u will go to jail and your family wont live peacefully and also they have taken full access of my phone gallary and Contact list and started messaging that ..if you did not pay the amount 7000 on time then i morphe the photos and send to your contact list and upload it on the social media and they can also missuse my personal docouments . And from 10-01-2024 they started calling on phone number from different different phone number and the phone number is Indian so please help and take action on it and I am not going to pay any amount to them which they are asking to pay. I think amp credit share my details without my knowledge and threatening …..
