Text of Complaint by Aakash Pillai:

I had booked i20 car from Zoomcar today for 12hours and I didn’t get the car nor call from executive and still now it is showing upcoming booking number given is wrong and despite calling customer care since morning no response for the same as well they charged 3000 for previous booking as traffic violation by Zoom car executive.
