I had booked a flight for Delhi to Indore on 14th July 2021 in IndiGo flight no. 6 E 2278 scheduled on 15th July 2021, for which payment was made at 6:07pm by UPI. The payment was deducted from my account, but neither my seat was booked nor the customer care agent was assigned to talk for a refund.
