We have obtained the Royals Club International membership from Matheran. Said membership is for 5 years and we have paid 86000/- in full for the same. This membership is for Domestic as well as foreign toor.But when we have asked for the Maldives booking they have said us to pay amt. and this amt. is too high we can book by ourself with less than they demanded so after so many discussion they have denied and not given booking. Then after so many hurdles, mails they have given booking at Bali. This booking we got in the year 2023. Now we are asking for booking at GOA now they are saying you have to pay AMC and the time of signing document at Matheran station their sales executive Neha Silva waived off the AMC. Last time we got booking after almost 5 6 months fight and now they are saying you will get booking alonly before 15 days. How can we be sure that they will give us booking by one communication? This time too I am communicating with Mr. Arun Singh since last 1.5 to 2 months and he was saying we will provide you booking after every 4 5 days he given me new date for booking confirmation. Now he said you have to pay AMC and booking will be provided only before 15 days. In this way we have been cheated and misrepresented by this company. Please help us to recover our hard earned money.
