I hired Abhinav Kumar, owner of Taking
, for website creation and social media management services. The agreed-upon fee was ₹28,000, of which I paid ₹11,000 upfront.
Regrettably, Mr. Kumar has failed to deliver the promised services and has engaged in significant procrastination. On July 21, 2025, when I requested a refund, he asked for a two-hour delay. Subsequently, he refused to return my money, began verbally abusing me and my family with vulgar language, and made threats, including suggesting he could “kidnap or do whatever I want with you.” He also claimed that law enforcement would not intervene. I also went to local police station they denied to take my complaint.
This situation has caused significant distress to myself and my family. Given the verbal abuse, threats, and non-delivery of services, I kindly request your immediate and strict action against Abhinav Kumar (Contact Number: 9113661064, Address: B118 Sector 69 Noida Uttar Pradesh – 201301). I am prepared to provide all necessary evidence to support this complaint, also I’m attaching with this complaint.
I look forward to your prompt support and a resolution to this serious matter. I don’t know to how many people are suffering from this please take action ASAP.,
