I was visited Mumbai on 5th of Dec. 2023 with my family on the same day we had book Mumbai Darshan bus from CST station through Balaji Travel. We had shared with to tour operator that our return train on 10:00 PM and he agreed that before that we will leave you here at 8 PM. After his confirmation, we agreed to go Mumbai Darshan. At the booking time, he said that per person charged 250 Rs. so, we had paid 1150 Rs. (4 Adults and 1 Child).
But they had not shared hidden charges at the time. We were seated in the bus. The bus owner is Kismat Tour and the travel and bus number is MH – 43 H 4461. Mr. Mansoor announced that he is our tour guide. And during the tour, you have to pay 390 Rs. per person for the entry gate such as Bhau ka Dhakka, Nehru science centre, 3D shows, Sea Link, parking and guide charge. After a little argument with him, we paid Rs. 1560.
After all, the bus was leave from CST for the tour at 11.00 AM and reached its first stop central library and the tour guide gave us 15 min time to return to the bus.
After completion of the first stop bus again stopped at CST to fill empty seats.
Then after a bus was again gone for second place which was bhau ka dhakka. we reached the second place around 12.30 PM and they gave us 1 hr time to return in a bus.
We reached the on-time at pickup location but the bus did not arrive. The guide has told us the tire got punctured and it will take 10 to 15 time to reach here. After so many fault commitments by bus reached the location at 2.30 PM.
We reach Nehru science centre at 5 PM after visiting one by one places.
I discussed with the tour guide further locations and at that time he said that we may skip Shree Siddhivinayak mandir stop. After i started an aggressive argument with him to tell him that we have to stop at Shree Siddhivinayak mandir. He has agreed to that time.
When we were near Shree Siddhivinayak mandir he announced that the Police are not allowed us to stop the bus there hence we are going to the next stop. So we again started an aggressive argument with him it is not our fault you have to stop here anyhow. after all we reached Shree Siddhivinayak mandir at 6.20 PM and he has given to 20 mins to return to the pickup location.
We reached 5 min before at pickup location. But again, the bus not arrived. After a few mins. bus reached and the guide was told us that your train time is 10.00 PM and we may take 3 hr more to complete tour. Hence you manage and go to CST by your own expense. So we were surprised by how they can say?
So, we argued with tour guide and also with an agent who has booked our ticket.
During this agent told us that the tyre puncher was not made by us. it was made by God. You can go to a police station and file a complaint against God.
We were literally surprised. i was thinking in a mind that he is unstable by mind. After listening to nonsense arguments, we told him to give a taxi charge for Shree Siddhivinayak mandir to CST. He told us why we pay? ask god to pay.
After listing this we stopped the arguments and left the bus assuming that they don’t care about Maharastra tourism.
I am explaining this here just because we lost our money but people who will visit in Mumbai take care and stay away from a fraudulent tourist companies.
i wish that Maharashtra Govt. take action and i will receive my money back if possible.
