I wanted to avail Airtel Black Plan and I contacted the guy who’s number was outside my door in the society and here’s the problem begins.
On 9th August I called him in the afternoon and said I want fiber plan of rupees 1098 which offers 100MBPS and want to convert my Airtel Prepaid into postpaid plan where I will get 75 GB data, I sincerely asked him that I want Installation and other things to be completed in the same day, will it be possible? He said sir “It is possible and I will be coming for the same”,
He came late in the evening and asked me to make agreed payment of 4k, I made the payment and asked him about the Installation and Postpaid Activation, He said that “sir it will not be possible I can arrange for you in the early 10th August morning before your office time (9:15AM)” I agreed on it.
He gave me plan of rupees 799 which offers me fiber only and not provime for what we agreed on.
Nobody called me in the morning even I personally messaged him to get updates. entire day he didn’t called me and and updat, in the evening he said he will arrange the same on today on 11th August morning but as usual commitment failed, I asked him to give me some mail ID or contact where I can make the cancelation request and cancel my plan of which he gave me 2 wrong email IDs. In the afternoon Installation guy called me so that he can come and do the formalities, I said it is ok and can give the chance to Installation guy. He came and informed me that your other Jio 8262863904 number was registered for the router which I was unaware of becauseI gave him my Airtel Prepaid number 9511008098.
Post which I am chasing for an update about the postpaid connection activation and my access for OTT channels but again the sales guy giving me incorrect answers.
Request to kindly look into this on high priority and resolve my problems to avoid any further escalations.
