Text of Complaint by Sameer Mishra:

I took membership from Royal club international on 26th Mar 21 at Hard Rock Hotel, Goa, have paid them 85,000 through my credit card. Have been said that I will receive login Id and password for booking which I received in July 21, but still no booking can be done. Whenever am calling sales representative from Royal club international he is not picking calls.

So requesting consumer court to help me and please provide my money back.
