sir i am mis guided by onlineworkportal.com. They have hired me for data entry job, 500 form were given to us to fill them with at least 90% accuracy. At the time of joining, i have asked what will happen if i couldn’t maintain the accuracy. They said my account will be blocked and it will reopen only after a payment of 6000 +18% gst. I have also asked about this legal activites, they said legal proceding means my account will ban only and nothing related to police FIR or Court case. At the time of data entry, they haven’t replied to doubt i was having. beacuse of that many of my entry gone wrong and even some of right form also declare as wrong by them (as one of the form screenshot i have added in document). Now they calling me, sending mail regarding the payment of 6000 +18% gst. If i don’t choose to pay them, they will gonna sue me in court. I have all the call recording and screen shot of whatsapp chat. At this case, what am i supposed to do?
