I ordered a combo of cargo pants for women for Rs 899 from an ad on Instagram which arrived today and when I opened the package there was a jeans for men that too torn up and the pants were in three packaging with three different shipping address. I tried to email them but there was no reply. The address given on the website was of Gujarat but the packaging was from New Delhi. I don’t know how to contact them for a refund since it’s a fraud. If anyone knows please help.
