I go through with hero rupee app just to see and loan offer but I did not allow to disburse loan but without my permission they transfer an amount Rs 5500.99 on 19th march 2023 in my account and I paid total due amount on 24th march 2023 (Rs.10069)after 6 days, now from 24th march 2023 they are asking me that your money not transferred and repay this loan amount as Rs 10069. So I denied to pay because i have already paid this loan amount, but they started harassing me constantly calling me and my family using abusing word and threat forwarding my photo and Aadhar to my contact details. Please help me with this problem
