Respected sir ,I kundan prasad is a customer of Flipkart plus member my order id-OD121360958141368000 and Oder id-OD121378347741862000 in exchange with Nokia 2.1 and realmec1 respectively.i have no issue with my old phone but delivery agent told the both the phone has cracked so I can’t accept the phone and you have to pay full payment however my phone has no defect thoug he harassed me by deleting all my important data. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
