I had taken loan from Infinity Cash for 7days tenure. Customer care will call up on 6th days and ask for the payment stating that they are having some system issue and have to pay today. On 4.04.22 i paid the amount but the app was still showing due, customer care is useless and illiterate. All the payment details was shared but still they did not help. On the other hand they will send you a voice message stating that they are unable to find the payment and have to pay again othrws they will start giving threating that they will make a whatsapp chat with all my contacts and will write that I am a cheater and not paying the loan. I have even mail to the company but they don’t reply and all the customer care is so rude and start threating.
