Hello Sir,I am KIRAN KUMAR  NAYAK I have been victim of a fraud by a company named MK Placement located at green avenue, New lane road,Dang Gujarat, who lured me for an online job Of captcha filling]

I received a Whatsapp msg from contact +91 88790 61104 no 31st may 2021 who said that he is the representative of MK Placement company and asked me if I am interested in doing work of captcha filling and he asked me for my Id proof to which I gave him .He told me that I would get a mail from the company for confirmation and after clicking on the confirmation link I would get another mail containing Id and password for the related work. But seeing the structure of the confirmation mail ,I decided to not join the company so I did not signed on their agreement copy.

But  they sent a mail with containing Id and password that time I totally refused.

But on 12 June,2021 I received a mail from advocate name SIDHART ROY, mail id legal.advocatesaikumar@gmail.com ph no 081401 40833 pressurised me to pay (5400+1100)=6500 rupees within 30 minutes otherwise face me a breach case against section 73,74 and 75.

They fraud/Blackmail me with the agreement copy where I didn’t sign.

And  Iwas scred in his talk a and  paying 6500.But they calling me different different nom,  mailing and blackmailing me in Every moment .

• So I request you to kindly look into this matter take legal action against the company and advocate Sidarth Roy  mob nom 081401 40833, ch -107 near Hospital Chhak ,lohana para, Rajkot Gujurat 360001 this is depressed me with passing each day .what shall I do and how to protect from this kind of fraud .
