Hi.
This is the case of a deceased man who lived in sonepat,
Before his death he nominated his daughter for his account.
Now, if father willingly nominated and told the child then it is the right of child to get that money.
The lady is also very old (above 66years) and needs support. Her brother expired and her brotherĀ“s son – X does not want money of father to go to daughter!! How can anyone do that and why? Is he psychologically ill?
He went to bank State Bank of India, Model Town , Sonepat and bribed them.
The case :
we went with all necessary documents to the bank.
1. They asked for PassBook , which SBI knows is with X. They asked. I had gone to other branches of SBI and asked the rules . SBI wants – Adhar card, Form to be filled and Death Certificate of deceased, thats it. So, SBI, Model Town, Sonepat intentionally troubled
2. When the name of X was said, the woman who takes the form took her colleague in the corner and said soemthing to him, came back and warned – Do not take name of X (why would she support someone, did she take money from him?)
3. They took the form that we submitted – all the dcoument attached, they also asked for two Witness and also photocopy of Adhar card of Witness (I begged strangers to come as witness because family members could not be witness). While asking for Witness, bank official interrupted and also tried to intimidate the Witness so that he does not give his card.
4. Despite this we went again, SBI this time asked for FIR of lost Passbook and FD (which is stolen by ashish). They did not ask on one day but they asked FIR after four days.! Why ? New rules each day and she had not submitted the form also in these three days!! This staff is corrupt.
5. When I told Bank Manage why your bank is not following same rules as other SBI, he told he is. I told no , you are asking for unnecessary documents and troubling the old lady. He raised his hand on me and stopped, in anger. How can a bank manager raise hand on the customer?
Please look into the case
