Booked a VIVA 4G Smart phone 4GB RAM 64GB storage newly launched for a sum of Rs.2999/- the Seller is Shopping Time (cartcare.co.in@gmail.com) against cash on delivery. Courier is Xpressbees. The courier has brought one parcel which contain the Customer ID 23840. MAP ID 19064455, Tracking ID 1332921161905 Order dt. 03/15/2021 Product has written in the parcel 4G smartphone newly launched, cash on delivery Rs.2999/- and the parcel has been delivered on 19.03.2021. After opening the parcel I could find 2 packets of playing cards one 8.5″ LCD writing. I tried to contact the sold party, and lodged complaint but no reply.

After opening the parcel could find 2 packets of playing cards one 8.5 LCD writing tried to contact the sold partly, and lodged complaint but no reply.
