Text of Complaint by Nirav:

I was over charged by the driver fraudulently. When my ride was started from Airport terminal the ride status on the app was still showing as scheduled and I asked driver have you not entered the OTP and he said that he has but there could be some network issue. Later till I reached my place there was no change in my ride status and he said some issue with my app or mobile but his screen shows ride fare as 856 where as its just 4 km distance and on OLA app it was showing INR 524. He refused to even give me my luggage from the boot till I make the payment of said amount. So i paid him via UPI (Gpay) to have a record and not since June 20 2023 I am following up this matter with OLA support, Grievance desk and Nodal desk and they are just not giving any proper response. I have attached payment screenshot. Kindly guide what is next that can be done. I have complete complaint details with me in word with all email communications done with them. Please assist further
