Text of Complaint by Praveen Rajamanickam:

I have placed a prepaid(1399) order in Amazon. At the time of delivery executive asked me 1399 Rs/- which is already prepaid. But delivery executive denied my prepayment and asked me to make the payment again when I refused to make the payment agin he cancelled my order. For which I called customer care support and made a Complaint regarding the issue. But the customer care support is not taken my complaint seriously and asked me to place new order again. Which is completely unethical and worst service from Amazon. A attempt of fraud and cheating is done by Amazon and delivery executive but amazon customer support not taken it seriously.

At a customer point of view customer didn’t made any kind of mistake, all the mistakes were done by Amazon and the Amazon delivery executive only but customer need to suffer for placing a prepaid order from such a brand like amazon.
