I have made a transaction on Google Pay on November 3rd 2020. The money was debited from my account but not credited to the receipent. I have mailed number of times. They respond after a week and mentioned that it would take 3 to 5 days. It’s been more than 15 days since they responded. But, I have not received any info so far. I strictly condemn the way this is organised. Please, register a complaint and white wash Google Pay.
