Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform your goodself that, Delhi based builder DELHI INFRATECH LTD.(CIN No.U70200DL2010PLC199170) cheated me on the pretext getting me Flat at L zone Dwarka,delhi, Project name is DELHI GATE Project, Duped me of Rs. 6,40000/- (Rupees Six Lakh Forty Thousand Rupees Only), But now after passed more than 4years, no improvement is made with respect to project, not picking calls and shifted JanakPuri Office. During the course of time, I have come to know that DDA has not issued any approval/License to any housing project under Land pooling Policy & addon, They are also not registered builders, nor their project DELHI GATE (L ZONE PROJECT) was been registered under RERA delhi, as on till date today.
Now, they also refused to refund my above Flat Booking Amount. Their Company representative, Mr. Tabrejwho was working as Relationship Manager (Marketing) (Mobile 8800448580) and Mr Rinku Sisodia , mobile no 8506860792, 8510006932, 7303027123 9311377751,9311377780 a fooled me, cheated me, and got trapped me in this Fraud Housing Project (De Nest), and also now, Not picking up my calls and went to his hometown ( Bihar) for the last 4 year. Last month, I spoke to Rinku SIsodia and he told me that he has already resigned from M/s. Delhi Infratech Limited, and you contact Mr. Ashok Atri / Mrs. Mamata Atri / Mr. Nar Singh / Mr. Prabha Shankar Singh (4 Nos. Company Directors). and Mr Jasbir, mobile no 9999071193, Mr Kapil , mobile no 8929297745
Kindly please help me out in getting my hard earned money, which I took through Personal Loan, and for which I am paying Interest for the last 4 years, and now, I am in very difficult financial crunch situation, as my hard earned money, got in vain, due to the above mentioned Flat Developer cheated me and took my money vigorously. I was chasing them, by calls and Visiting their Vikas Puri Office, but of no use, as they have shifted their office premises, from Vikas Puri, to Janak Puri, and nobody take calls in their Janak Puri Office.
Looking forward to your kind help / support / coordination on this matter.
Sir, I will be very much grateful and thankful to you, if you can help me in getting back my hard earned money from these above Fraudsters ASAP.
