Dear Team,
I hope this email finds you well, this email is regarding the issue I encountered with a recent purchase (ORDER # 408-6031670-6787516, # 402-9300112-1683521) that I made on Amazon. The product Was on time both the times, but it failed to meet my expectations in terms of quality, functionality, process and time taken for the solution.
Amazon, have a feature of selling the old Phone, get the Offer amount and buy a new Phone. I Purchased Samsung M34 order # 408-6031670-6787516 on 22 July 2023 , put the exchange of Poco M3 IMEI: 865617058562393, I put all the inputs (IMEI, Defective Screen), while the delivery agent check the Old product for verification, it says Verification Failed (the Brand, Model and IMEI details of this Phone do not match with device details provided while placing the order).
In the mean time of the Delivery attempts, there were lots of fake commitments were made on call by the amazon agent and leadership or exclusion team everyone made the fun of me and my time, as what they were doing is only rescheduling the order again and again, and after the 3rd Attempt, which was not made, they sent the package back to seller.
I again called amazon, requested them to help me making the same order of Samsung M34, as they are the best experts, I did all the steps a per the amazon agent guided me, booked a new order # 402-9300112-1683521 on 31 July 2023, on 3rd aug, 2023 the delivery agent came to my home, and issue remain the same of verification failed.
In the mean time I called amazon several time, requested them to kindly take the ownership as I have to give the phone to my Dad as a gift, but all the time fake commitments were made:
1. We will call you before 9 pm provide the solution, what we can do best, No call made.
2. Disconnection of call multiple times.
3. Put the Call on Hold For more than 10 to 15 min with out any refresh.
4. Forced me to accept there decision, of rescheduling the order.
5. Called me to the Delivery station.
Since, from past 14 days, I have given time, energy, used all my resources, but only got disappointment and fake commitments. I kindly request the Consumer complaint court team, for the solution and better guidance, as I got no solution from the Amazon CEO complaint team and amazon service team.
