Subject: Complaint regarding lost payment due to fraudulent Amazon part-time job
Dear ARI Philippines TRENDING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding the loss of a significant amount of money, which was intended for my payment at my school.I believe this loss is a direct result of my involvement in a fraudulent Amazon part-time job opportunity, and I seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
On May 25,2023 , I came across an online job advertisement claiming to be an Amazon part-time job. They promised commission earnings for completing orders and requested a deposit upfront. Trusting the legitimacy of the opportunity, I proceeded to deposit an amount of 1000 as instructed. I completed the orders and followed their instructions, including communication through Telegram, expecting to withdraw my earnings afterward.
However, upon attempting to withdraw the funds, I discovered that the amount had been automatically moved to an “unfreezed zone.” I contacted the individuals through Telegram, and they informed me that the order was not completed, and I needed to deposit an additional amount and close the pending orders to unlock my funds for withdrawal. Despite complying with their demands and depositing the requested additional amount, my funds remain inaccessible to this day.
This situation has caused me significant distress and financial hardship. The loss of 1000, which was intended for my payment at my school, has put me in a difficult position. I am unable to fulfill my financial obligations and have been enduring severe anxiety and stress due to this fraudulent incident.
I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I urge you to take the following actions:
1. Investigate the incident thoroughly and provide me with updates regarding your findings and any actions taken.
2. Cooperate with relevant authorities, such as law enforcement and Amazon’s fraud department, to track down and apprehend the individuals responsible for this fraudulent scheme.
3. Take appropriate steps to recover the lost funds, ensuring that they are returned to me without delay.
4. Implement stricter measures to prevent such fraudulent job opportunities from being advertised or shared within the school community, ensuring the protection and well-being of all students and staff.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including transaction receipts, communication records, and screenshots of the fraudulent job advertisement, as evidence to support my complaint. I am prepared to cooperate fully and provide any additional information or assistance required to resolve this matter swiftly.
I trust in your commitment to addressing this issue promptly and taking the necessary steps to ensure that justice is served. I eagerly await your response and a resolution to this unfortunate incident.
