Dear Sir/Madam, I have installed an application from play store today name ALPHA LOANS after watching an ad from facebook and queried about the loan process and they immediately credited 3850 rs in my account and now asking for payment of 7000 rupees. After researching online and reviews from the victims from play store I got to know that it is a fraud app ,disburse loan without revealing any interest rate and harass peoples by sending messages as well as phone calls to their relatives and friends via whatsapp and other means . They also harass the victims by abusing and using inappropriate language. If someone repay the loan they again credit their account with some amount and then repeat the whole process again.A lots of these anauthorised companies doing their illegal works by advertising social media platforms and fool people. So I request to you please take appropriate action against this type of fraud loan company as earliest. Thanking you

Myself also download the alpha loan app, i just inquired whether I am eligible or not for loan for which I have uploaded adhaar and pand card, but unfortunately they credited 3850rs in my account without my consent or intimation, there is no clear information how much interest or charge, i was shocked that the loan was for 6days …now they are harrassing me to repay the amount of 7000rs.

They are crossing their limits what can be done
