I have purchased 2 Wheeler- Suzuki Access 125 (REG.- MH43CJ0155) from VANSH Motors and the same was delivered on 19.03.2024. I have applied initially for BH Registration and provided all the necessary documents including proof of 4 transfers from one state to another state. But always upon enquiry, I was told some or the other stories for non-registering of vehicles. I was not provided details of ROCK Suzuki showroom. Till now I have not received the printed GST invoice from the showroom. After delay of almost 2 months, I was forced to agree for State registration and service book was handed over to me. In the service book, the purchase date is shown as 13.05.2024. Due to this my first service is delayed now. After a week of receiving the vehicle Reg. number, I have received the original RC through registered post. Actually, I have availed 2 wheeler loan from IDBI Bank Ltd but in RC the Financier Name is mentioned as IDFC Bank. When enquired about the same, I was told that RTO offices have committed the mistake. They are not providing solution to resolve this issue. As per Bank, wrong asset has been created in my Name. I have to submit my RC copy to IDBI bank with proper hypothecation details. I’m suffering mentally so much upon frequent visits made to the showroom since March, 2024. Request you to please help me at the earliest.
