Sir we booked Airlines Tickets From mumbai To darbhanga on 23oct 2021 Through Travolook.in,for 01 passengers Travelling Date is 30 November 2021,for spicejet airlines, without intimation they cancelled our entire ticket,I got a message from travel look ,I.e your tickets are cancelled.Then I called a Travolook.in,they said because of technical issues tickets are cancelled from spicejet airlines,then I called to spice jet airlines they said they got a call from Travolook to cancelled all 23 tickets.I mailed to Travolook.in for refund our amount of Cancellation tickets,they reply 10 to 15 working days.After 15 working days,Again I mailed to Travolook.in they reply 7 to 8 working days.Again and again they reply the same.more than ,I Have not received my payment yet,I make a payment through My phonepe upi ,,Sir please take necessary action against them.I booked a Complaint Against Travolook. they have not given any information to us,Reference ID are as below. Ref.no. (REF841104670)So,I Requesting you to take necessary action against them.Contact no of the Travel Agency name called Travolook.in,is 01246434800.Address is 836,2nd Floor udyog vihar phase V, sector 19,Gurugram, Haryana,122008.
