I purchased a airtel fastag online and I have activated it at 7th December 2019. From 28 December to 9th March 2020, Airtel deducted total 820inr from my airtel payment wallet for toll tax which I never visited/passed . On the other side, whenever I passed through any toll plaza, fastag showed blacklist at toll plaza so I need to pay cash everytime but it shows active in airtelapp.
I raised a complain at 28 Dec 2019 regarding deducting money from my wallet and blacklist fastag issue.
I have submitted pictures of fastag along with my car as airtel team has been requested. But till now neither airtel team resolved my issue nor refunded any money.
Finally after 2 month, I decided to deactivate airtel fastag so I cut fastag in 2 parts and shared the pictures with airtel customer care at 1 March 2020 but till now they have not deactivate my fastag . They again deducted money from minimum balance for toll tax even I don’t have any fastag on my car.
