An Airtel Agent came to my house and gave some offer to change my service from idea to Airtel with out any charges.
But when my network provider changed I lost my previous service which I recharged recently. He offered me for recharge of 297 with the sim activation. But he is not responding now. Please help here.
I want my previous service provider and data service back.
The Agent belongs to Airtel store Rahama, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, pin-754160
