On the 26th of June 2022, I Janki V Nair had booked a ticket from Pune to Srinagar via Travolook website. Within minutes they had canceled my ticket stating ‘fare expiration’. This had been done with no proper refund or addressal of the grievance. There has been no response from the end of the customer care. I urge you to look into the matter and help me at the earliest.
