I booked a flight from Pune to Bangalore, My flight was for 17th Feb 2023. On 14th Jan, I get a call saying that my ticket PNR has been aborted by the airlines as it was a special rate PNR. I was told that I would receive a full refund for my ticket in the next 5-6 business days. Since the day the PNR got aborted it has been 45 days. I have called their customer care at least 10 times and they have told me the same sob story that they will look into it, I will receive my refund in 24-48 hours.
