On 8th June-22, I had booked round trip tickets from Delhi to Pune & Pune to Delhi but after 10 mins, I received email that booking has cancelled due to fare expiration and amount will be refund as per policy excluding weekend but still I didnt receive any refund yet and whenever I have called on customer support number then they are just giving me extension for every week to refund my amount but no proper update from their side. I send multiple reminders on emails but no one is giving reply over an email also. I would like to request, please help me here to refund my amount which is around 14K.
