Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I, Mohan Jha, have received a call on 11th December 2020 from a girl from Rectitude Company. She offered me a Captcha work from home job, to which I agreed. I even got a confirmation call from them. They said that they would give me an id and a password to log in and begin the work and asked me to sign a digital agreement. I did so and received the id and password on my email. Due to my health issues, I could not complete the task and was trying to contact the company. But I didn’t get any revert. Exactly after ten days, I recall a text from the advocate that I will have to pay a penalty of INR 9999/- for non-completion of my work. Secondly today on 29/12/2020 they again pressurize us to pay 5500 as penalty amount. If I fail to pay the penalty amount, court proceedings will be filed against me, and I can even get arrested.
