I ordered a new smartphone on 31 may and got delivered that product on 11th June 2022 from Flipkart which is One plus 9 pro 5g and it costs me around 54,290 Rs .. after that a minor defect as a green dot was continuously showing on the screen ..after which i went to the one plus store to check for that issue ..then i got to know by the service care member that this phone is a used phone and has been activated in the previous year 2021 and in the month of September.. so Flipkart delivered me a used phone which i got to know a bit later when i went to the store and now when i am calling the Flipkart customer care they aren’t doing anythin about this issue .. it’s been a month now and i haven’t received any update from the Flipkart company..
