Talk charge has offered to add money to wallet and i did 39999 for cashback offer, now I am trying to buy coupon or pay electricity bill it is not doing any transaction and avoiding me to use my balance writing monthly limit reached try after few days.. This was my second transaction and failed, first one was from credit card that too failed… I want my money back this company is fooling public
