Actually i ordered three saree amounting 1097/- from fiber faishon on 7/07/2020 from facebook page name kp cart which sells and work for kp cart , after payment deduction i got only mail from razor pay for the confirmation of payment done of that amount but i didn’t get any notification from fiber faishion on my phone or mail regarding dispatchment of product after one day when i tried the contact number which was given that was switch offed and after continuing doing message to kp cart for seeking information they didn’t respond also i raised a complaint to razor pay for refund and didn’t got any reply from them also. So i am pleading to take some serious action against them as the loss caused mental torture .
