I applied for data entry jobs at Quicker jobs from there I got a call from CLOUD NINE DIGITAL . They said that It’s data entry work from home job and you have to fill 560 form with 90% accuracy then I’ll receive payment. They said that for joining I have to sign a legal contract I agreed to it then I started to work . I was assigned to fill form of 560 entries in 6 days . I was said to get QC report within 48 hours and they sent me that report on 25th October 2023 ,next minute I got a call related to my salary process he said your report is not up to 90% accuracy as I missed 7 data entries than he said I can correct them by paying 13550/- it will be refundable after you correct those along with my salary . I said sir i am unemployed how could I pay that amount then he said i will send the legal notice against you and they send a notice through a mail where the lawyer name mentioned is ABHISHEK DESAI and the same form i also seen in other complaints in your portal with the same lawyer name but different address and company then i came to know that it is totally fraud .So pleaseI go through it and take a legal action against the companies which are doing these frauds with unemployed people in exchange of money where they completed their work but not paid the salary .The needed documents are attached with the complaint .
