[15:22, 8/10/2020] HK: had placed an order few weeks back on this website. Since I didn’t get any message or update regarding the confirmation of the order despite payment of amount _____., I called up one of the phone numbers given on their website.

While having a conversation with the person for refund he sent me a Google form in which I was asked to fill up a few details.

The details included debit card no, cvv and expiry date.

Before filling up the details I called them and told I cannot fill these details since its asking for CVV etc. But unfortunately I was convinced by their professional tone and assurance of refund on the conditions prescribed.

After that he asked me to download an application on my phone by the name of “Anydesk” and through screen broadcasting and the details filled the total available amount of Rs. 30,000 Rs got debited from my account.

I request you to Kindly look into this and help me get my money back.

Im sure lot of people are falling prey to these fraudsters. I request for strict action against these people.

I am sharing their phone numbers, website names, and all other details herewith for better enquiry.

Kindly take notice of this matter and relieve me of the financial loss incurred and ensure strict action against the accused.
